Homes Designed For Time

Scroll for more

We've spent two decades designing residential interiors across Singapore. Every project begins with understanding how people live, then building spaces that improve with time.

Interiors Built For Singapore Living

We design residential interiors across Singapore. Luxury condominiums, penthouses, landed homes. Each requires different thinking.

Condominiums & Apartments

Space is limited. Proportion is everything. We plan around how light moves through the day, how rooms connect, how limited square footage can feel open without feeling empty.

Penthouses

Height and light become assets. We consider how interior design can amplify what makes a penthouse distinct—the views, the light, the relationship to the city below.

Landed Properties

Here, the challenge is different. More space means more possibility, but also more risk of becoming unfocused. We think about circulation, indoor-outdoor relationships, and how different spaces support different moments of living.

Founder Story

After years working on architectural and interior design projects, Shermaine noticed something: most renovation firms treated each home like a portfolio piece. Beautiful on day one. Forgotten by year five.

She started MOSH because she believed differently. That design isn't about being trendy or extravagant. It's about solving the right problem in the right way. That means thinking within the box, understanding constraints, respecting budget, listening to how people actually live and creating spaces that feel better over time, not just on day one.

Over two decades, she's learned that process matters more than ego. Communication matters more than concepts. And that homes are rewarding not because they're published, but because the people inside them are still living well.

Our Philosophy

Timeless Is Built In Details

We don't design around trends. We design around the people living in the space. Their routines, preferences, how they gather, what feels like home to them.

Understanding First

We listen before we sketch. What matters most? How does your family move through the space? What do you want to feel like? These answers shape everything.

Precision In Proportions

A room's proportion doesn't change. So every dimension matters. Door heights, window placement, how space connects. These decisions compound over time.

Materials That Improve

We choose materials for how they'll age—teak that darkens, concrete that settles, brass that develops patina. Not materials that require constant maintenance, but materials that develop character.

Details That Function

A piece of joinery designed around a particular routine. A storage solution that disappears into the wall. A material chosen not just for how it looks, but for how it feels under your hand after ten years.

Our Process

How We Work

Our process takes time because understanding takes time.

01

Design Concept & Theme Development

We listen and observe. How do you live? What matters? What will this space need to be in five years?

02

Design Brief

We propose our thinking. Not renderings—concepts and reasons. Here's what we heard. Here's what we propose. Here's why.

03

Design Layout

Spatial planning. How rooms connect. How light moves. Proportions that feel right.

04

3D Illustration

You see the space before we build it.

05

2D Technical Drawings

Every detail specified.

06

Material Selection

We source together. Understanding where materials come from, how they're made, how they'll perform.

07

Commence Work

Building happens with the same precision as planning. Oversight at every stage.

After Handover

We stay in touch. How is the space living with you? Do adjustments need to happen? The project doesn't end when we leave."
